I. A legitimate receiver of a money order indicated on a payment notice is always a subsidiary branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice. If the indicated receiver is an individual, the notice is not legitimate.
II. If there is any doubt as to whether a notice is legitimate, please call 104 to confirm the telephone number of the branch sending out such a notice and verify case existence with the enforcement staff. This should prevent any fraud from taking place.
