If anyone in the general public or associated institutions offers the whereabouts of an offending party, according to a reward report announcement by the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice (Any amendment will be posted on the website of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice without additional notice) and provides solid evidence, according to law, that leads to an administrative enforcement branch arresting the offending party during the approved arrest period, according to court-issued warrant, such a person can be granted monetary award.
